Meet Ross Van Allen, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Ross is a Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Psychiatric/Mental Health care for Midwest KetaFusion. He grew up in central Iowa before attending the University of Iowa, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in nursing. He went on to work for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics as a nurse in the Surgical & Neurosciences ICU and later with the Vascular Access Team. After developing a passion for mental health and a desire to help those struggling with their mental health, he returned to graduate school to obtain a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. He is passionate about working with clients to determine the best course of treatment to help them achieve their desired quality of life, whether that be with medications or alternative methods.
Fun Fact: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my partner, dog, and cat.
